Forts Of Telangana

Hyderabad (1N) + Nagarjunakonda(1N) + Khammam (1N) + Warangal (2N)

Telangana, a newly built state embracing the history dating back to the  3rd century unfurls the epic temple of 1000 pillars, forts such as Golconda fort, Khammam fort and Warangal fort and also has  beautiful lake and waterfalls. Nagarjunasagar is a famous Buddhist site.

Day 1: Hyderabad

  • Placard pick up from Airport
  • Meet and assist on arrival
  • Set out for the sightseeing of Hyderabad covering Golconda fort, Charminar, Hussain Sagar lake and Salar Jung museum.
  • Overnight stay at hotel

 

Day 2: Nagarjunakonda ( 165 km /3 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Nagarjunasagar to visit Nagarjunakoda an Island in the reservoir and a famous Buddhist site.
  • Later visit Ethipothala waterfalls.
  • Check in to hotel
  • Overnight stay at hotel

Day 3: Khammam (200 kms/ 3 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Khammam.
  • Check into hotel
  • Later visit Khammam fort.
  • Later visit Lakaram Lake
  • Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4: Warangal (125 kms/ 2 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Warangal.
  • Check into hotel
  • Visit the Thousand Pillar Temple in Hanamkonda.
  • Later visit the Warangal Fort and stroll the gardens of Ekashila Children’s Park
  • In the evening, enjoy Laser Show held in the fort premises
  • Overnight stay at hotel

Day 5: Excursion to Hanamkonda

  •  After breakfast, set out for the sightseeing
  • Visit the Ramappa Temple in the morning. Then, move to Eturnagaram Wildlife Sanctuary, spend some time with nature. 
  • Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6: Warangal – Hyderabad (147kms/ 3hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Hyderabad
  • Later drop at airport/ railway station for your onward journey.
