DAY 1: VARANASI

• Welcome to the oldest living city on earth.
• Meet & assist on arrival and transfer to Hotel.
• Rest of the time for leisure.
• Overnight in Varanasi hotel.

DAY 2: SARNATH

• Enjoy morning boat excursion on the holy Ganges to see the bathing ghats and cremation site. Watch people bathing and worshipping at the ghats in one of the most extraordinary experiences.
• Enjoy breakfast and proceed for a tour of the ancient temples in the bylanes of Varanasi along the ghats.
• After lunch, visit Sarnath, the Buddhist city where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon and view the ruins, temple and the museum.
• Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi. 

DAY 3: BODHAGAYA (250 KMS / 6 HRS)

• After breakfast in the hotel, check out and proceed to Bodhgaya, reaching there by evening.
• Rest of the evening at leisure.
• Overnight in Bodhgaya hotel.

DAY 4: BODHGAYA

• After breakfast, proceed for the day tour of Bodhgaya Temple Complex. Here visit Mahaparinirvana Temple, Bodhi Tree (the place where prince Gautam attain enlightenment and became Buddha) and also see the Great Buddha Statue (80 ft high), temples and monasteries built by various countries.
• Evening for leisure and overnight in hotel.
  

DAY 5: NALANDA AND RAJGIR

• After breakfast, Check out and proceed to Nalanda. 
• Visit the excavated site of Nalanda, the 5th-century university. 
• Enroute have a stopover at Rajgir, the Buddhist pilgrimage site where Buddha spent 16 years of his life after attaining enlightenment. Visit the Shanti Stupa through a ropeway ride.
• Reach Patna by late evening and check into the hotel.
• Dinner and Overnight in the hotel

DAY 6: KUSHINAGAR (250 KMS/5.5 HRS)

• After the early breakfast, check out and head straight to Kushinagar, where Gautam Buddha finally attained his Mahaparinirvana (Salvation).
• Enroute take a short de-tour to Vaishali, where Buddha delivered his last sermon.
• Reach Kushinagar by evening.
• Check into the Hotel for 2 night stay.
• Remaining time for leisure and overnight in hotel.

DAY 7: KUSHINAGAR

• After breakfast in the hotel, head for your day tour of Kushinagar.
• Visit Mahaparinirvana Temple, Rambhar Stupa and the temples and Buddhist monasteries built by the various Buddhist dominated countries.
• Evening for leisure and overnight in hotel.

DAY 8: LUMBINI (180 KMS / 5 HRS)

• After the early breakfast, check out and head to Lumbini (Nepal), the birth place of Gautam Buddha.
• Check into Hotel Lumbini Garden for one night stay.
• Later head for the tour of Mayadevi temple, Ashokan Pillar, Bodhi Tree, Peace Pagoda, monasteries and stupas.
• Back by evening and overnight in the hotel.

DAY 9: SHRAVASTI (190 KMS/ 5 HRS)

• After breakfast in the hotel, check out and proceed to Shravasti, reaching there by afternoon.
• Check into Hotel Nikko Shravasti for a one night stay and visit Jetavana Monastery and the ruins of the city.
• Overnight in the hotel.

DAY 10: LUCKNOW (180 KMS / 4 HRS)

• After the early breakfast, head to Lucknow reaching there by noon.
• Later head to the airport to catch your afternoon flight back to New Delhi.
