This holy spot where the master achieved enlightenemnt is flourishing with numerous stupas, temples and monasteries in the past two millennia. 

 

Day 1: Bodhgaya

  • Welcome garland on arrival. Meet & assist by our representative and transfer to hotel.
  • Evening visit Mahabodhi Temple. Dinner & Ovenight at the hotel in Bodhgaya.

DAY 2: BODHGAYA

  • After breakfast at the hotel visit Mahabodhi Temple, Sujata Village, Niranjana river & various International monasteries.
  • All meals & Overnight in Bodhgaya hotel.

Day 3: rajgir & nalanda

  • Breakfast at Hotel and proceed for an excursion to Rajgir.
  • Visit Gridhkutta Hill, Bimbisar jail & Ajatashatru's Fort. After lunch drive to Nalanda (15 minutes)
  • Nalanda was one of the oldest Universities of the World & International Centre for Buddist Studies established in 5th century BC. It is believed that the founder of Jainism religion Lord Mahavir also taught at this university for years. There is even a monument to facilitate Chinese traveler monk and writer Hiuen Tsang who studied at this university in the 7th century A.D.
  • Travel back to Bodhgaya. Dinner & O/N in Bodhgaya hotel.

Day 4: Departure

After breakfast day is free for mediation/ prayer at Mahabodhi Temple. After an early lunch at hotel, you will be timely transferred to the airport to catch flight for onward destination.
