DAY 1: Trivandrum -Kovalam (16kms-30 mins)

• Welcome to Trivandrum
• Placard pick up from airport/railway station
• Drive to Kovalam
• Check in the hotel.
• Meet your Therapist for a discussion about the treatment.
• Have your session of Ayurveda treatment
• Day at leisure
• Overnight stay at hotel

DAY 2: KOVALAM

• Start your day with a Yoga session.
• Have your breakfast
• Have your session of Ayurveda treatment
• Late afternoon go for the sightseeing. 
• Puthen maliga museum and Napiers museum complex and Padmanabhaswami temple
• Lighthouse Beach,Hawah Beach and the Samudra Beach.
• Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 3: KOVALAM

• Start your day with a Yoga session.
• Have your breakfast
• Have your session of Ayurveda treatment
• Day at leisure 
• Overnight stay at hotel

DAY 4: Kovalam - Kumarakom

• Start your day with a Yoga session.
• Have your breakfast and check out of your hotel
• Drive to Kumarakom
• On arrival, check into hotel
• Day at leisure
• Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 5 : Kumarakom

• After breakfast,proceed for half day sightseeing of Kumarakomand visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary (famous for migratory and local birds). 
• Day at leisure
• Overnight stay at hotel

DAY 6: Cochin

• After breakfast, visit any other places of interest
• Depart for Cochin and drop to airport/railway station for onward journey
